Cracks man

April 22, 2024April 14, 2024 by ekoileman, posted in poetry

A man sold for so little,

he could pay for himself,

he has a foundation.

When he himself has cracks, nothing else stands.

—

I cannot pay my own way,

I cost too much. I’m worth more

than I could hope to afford.

Am I cheap enough that I could buy me?
